Most Americans think Trump campaign had improper Russia contacts

A majority of Americans (59%) believe that President Trump's campaign probably or definitely had improper contacts with the Kremlin in 2016 and believe the investigation will be fair (56%), according to a new Pew Research poll.
Between the lines: Republicans and Democrats, however, are sharply divided over the investigation's importance, with 19% of Republicans saying it's very important, compared to 71% of Democrats.
