Summer is rolling and in case you missed it, we launched a weekly events calendar last week. Every Friday, our newsletter will feature what's happening around town.

Here's what else is on tap this weekend:

🎷 #WelcomeBackStPL events continue this weekend with haunted walking tours, a jazz and blues concert series and RoseFest 2021, a 90-minute tasting session with eight samples of rose.

🚲 Noteworthy Parking Lots of Minneapolis Bike Tour, hosted by urban geographer Bill Lindeke, returns Saturday after six years for a 5-mile ride to "see how parking lots are fairing in today's modern world."

🚘 "Back to the '50s Weekend" takes over the State Fairgrounds Friday through Sunday with 12,000 street rods, custom and classic cars, all dating from 1964 and earlier.

πŸ‘―β€β™€οΈ Watch the Grand Day Parade at the St. Louis Park Parktacular Festival on Saturday, with a local business expo and food trucks to follow.

Have an event you think we should cover? Send it our way at [email protected].
