Overheard in Portland

🚲 Meira here. In my experience, Portlanders are generally nice, courteous people when it comes to obeying traffic laws (except the Prius that hit me on my bike outside the Hawthorne Fred Meyer).

  • We tend to drive slowly and let pedestrians and cyclists pass with a wave.

This week's submission, though, may prove there are still geographical divides when it comes to crosswalks.
