🍀 St. Patrick's Day weekend is here! That means parades, pints and plenty of opportunities to party.

Friday: Kick off your weekend with a short run Friday morning during the Wee Irish Mile, an event that invites participants to rock their best Irish garb and do a mile at their own pace.

  • It starts at 11:15am at the intersection of North and Pennsylvania streets, and ends just past North and Meridian streets.
  • Registration is $20 per person.

When that ends, head to North Street between Meridian and Pennsylvania for the start of the 42nd Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade at 11:30am.

  • The free event will feature floats, music and dancers delivered rain or shine.

Saturday: If the wee mile wasn't enough, take on a bigger challenge during the 31st Annual Shamrock Run and Walk.

  • The 4-mile run starts at 11am at the IFD Union Hall, 748 Mass Ave.
  • Individual registration is $34, while family registration is $31 per person.

All weekend long: If you prefer to celebrate St. Patty's with your pals Jameson and Guinness, take part in the three-day Kiss Me, I'm Irish Bar Crawl.

  • The event features 11 downtown bars, including 16-Bit Bar, Howl at the Moon and Dick's Last Resort.
  • The crawl runs from 6pm-2am Friday night, 4pm-2am Saturday and 2pm-2am Sunday.
  • Single-day registration starts at $20.
