🚨 A Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constable was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly pulling a gun on a man after being involved in a small crash in a parking lot while off duty.

  • The deputy, 27-year-old Arturo Martinez, was also charged with driving while intoxicated and drug possession and has yet to enter a plea. (ABC13)
