👋 Annalise here. I'm a fan of Paradise Street Eats' food truck that opened downtown last year and got an Eater award.

  • So last weekend, I checked out the "Indian Pub" concept that Paradise's fusion restaurateur team popped up with at Frame, which brings in rotating chefs from around the country.
  • The experience was different — you're probably not going to get dessert served with dry ice as a garnish from a food truck like I did at the pop-up — but served as an always-needed reminder of the importance of the city's diverse and thriving food truck scene.
