Friday has finally arrived.
We gathered seven fun ideas bound to make your weekend memorable:
🖼️ Don't miss Denver Arts Week, which kicks off on Friday with numerous events. As part of the celebration, many of the city's art museums — including the Denver Art Museum and the Clyfford Still Museum — will be open for free 5–10pm Saturday.
🎵 Listen to the Colorado Symphony play Beethoven's Symphony No. 7, one of the composer's best-known works, on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Tickets start at $15.
🧥 Slip into your most unsightly pullover tonight for Avery Brewing's ugly sweater party and beer release of Old Jubilation, a "classic winter strong ale."
🏀 Cheer on the Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena this Saturday, when the team takes on the Houston Rockets. Tickets start at $17.
🇺🇸 Head to the 16th Street Mall tomorrow for the Denver Veteran's Day Parade and Festival. This year's celebration will be stationary, allowing parade-goers to walk freely to check out the displays and meet local veterans.
🏃 Burn off all that Halloween candy this Saturday at the City Park 5K. All participants receive a long-sleeve, hooded T-shirt and are invited to an after-party at Bruz Beers, where they can score BOGO drinks.
⚽ Root for the Colorado Rapids in their final game of the regular season Sunday, when they go head to head with Los Angeles Football Club at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Tickets start at $29.
