Summer may be coming to an end, but the fun certainly isn't. Here's a list of the top things to do in Denver this Labor Day Weekend.
🍽️ Taste of Colorado: This free, downtown Denver festival will feature more than 50 food and drink vendors Saturday and Sunday. In celebration, Skyline Park will transform into a giant speakeasy, offering sips from more than a dozen local distilleries.
🏈 Buffaloes vs. Bears: The University of Colorado Buffaloes will face the University of Northern Colorado Bears at 7pm Friday to kick off the 2021 college football season. Tickets start at $40.
🎨 Cherry Creek Arts Festival: The three-day event starts Saturday and attracts over 200 artists along with more than a dozen performers and food vendors. Free, timed-entry tickets are required.
🍺 Boulder Creek Hometown Festival: From a beer garden and food court to live music, motorcycle shows and zucchini races, it’s no wonder this weekend-long celebration is one of Boulder’s most popular events.
🎆 Elitch Gardens Firework Show: The amusement park is honoring the holiday weekend with a flashy show that gets going at 9pm Sunday. The display is free with park admission.
👟 Broncos Fit 7K run/walk: The ninth-annual race returns to Empower Field on Sunday to celebrate the start of the 2021 NFL season. Registration is $50, and proceeds benefit the National Sports Center for the Disabled.
