COVID-19 case numbers continue to fall this week in Chicago, but many ZIP codes remain highly vulnerable to the virus, according to city data. 

The most at-risk areas are generally located on the South and West Sides, but two far north ZIP codes that include West Ridge have medium risk.

And one South Side ZIP code that includes Hyde Park remains low.  

Details: The city calculates vulnerability using data on socio-econonomic, health, job and COVID factors in each area.
