August 12: Chris Stapleton, Elle King, Kendell Marvel

The five-time Grammy winner released his fourth studio album, Starting Over, last November.

The Canadian singer has four Grammy Awards in his career and 11 nominations, most recently in 2019 for his album Love.

The country artist’s last six albums peaked in the top spot of the country charts.

August 21: Alanis Morissette, Garbage, Liz Phair

The Canadian-American singer-songwriter’s ninth studio album, Such Pretty Forks in the Road, hit the number one spot in Billboard’s Top Rock Albums in its first week out.

August 24: Bully, Pom Pom Squad

Guitarist and singer Alicia Bognanno’s driving hooks and vocals give Bully its unique sound.

Jim James and company released The Waterfall II last summer after digging into recordings from their 2015 album.

August 31: The White Buffalo, L.A. Edwards

The White Buffalo is Jake Smith, a gritty folk musician and master lyricist.

The banjoist and fiddler’s debut solo album, Spider Tales, pays homage to black and indigenous folk music.
