Wooden Robot is expanding next door with the launch of the “Wooden Robot Gastropub,” set to open in early 2018.

This new 2,000-square-foot space will seat 80 people and focus on shareable plates served for lunch, dinner and brunch.

The concept is a collaboration with Rob Masone, the local chef behind the Twisted Eats food truck and Kre8 Xperiences catering.

The gastropub will also serve as a venue for custom events — which will be popular given the new indoor/outdoor bar, al fresco beer garden and location.

No changes will happen to Wooden Robot’s current taproom.

Congratulations to Rob Masone and Wooden Robot founders Josh Patton and Dan Wade on the expansion.

It’s been exciting to watch their growth while maintaining really freaking delicious beer. If you’ve never been, go and try their Good Morning Vietnam Blonde Ale or their What He’s Having IPA.
