Now Open: Level Office launches Uptown coworking building with 56 privates offices, 50% leased (29 photos)

News Capsule

Level Office, Charlotte’s first national coworking space, is now officially open even though their grand opening party isn’t until October 1 (details below). Currently, there are 56 private offices and 50 percent of these offices are leased. Congrats to their team for signing so many deals before opening.

Coworking desk memberships start at $199 a month and private office memberships start at $349 a month.

Coworking is so hot right now in Charlotte. Level Office joins these other coworking hotspots: Packard Place, Industry, @809, C3 Labs, Hygge and Advent Coworking (coming soon). I’m bullish on coworking and still don’t think supply meets demand in Charlotte. And demand will continue to grow.

Level Office is based out of Chicago and purchased the mediocre-looking building on 4th Street in uptown close to Green’s for $2.1 million (25,600 square feet).

Wow: There is a Top Brewer at Level Office and it’s remarkable

Level Office has a Top Brewer. These are the fanciest coffee machines on the market. It’s the type of coffee machine you expect to see in Silicon Valley or a space station. Level Office serves Enderly Coffee (great local coffee).

New coworking space named @leveloffice_charlotte just opened in Uptown Charlotte. 56 private offices. 50% leased as of right now. Oh, and they have a super fancy @topbrewer coffee machine with @enderlycoffeeco that will blow your mind. Private offices start at $349/mo.
