Per the WSJ, 872 refugees who were already cleared to come to America, and who aren't from the 7 Muslim-majority nations under Trump's blanket ban, will be allowed to enter America, if they get here by Thursday. Jennifer Sime, senior vice president for U.S. programs at the International Rescue Committee, told the WSJ:
They will be allowed to enter until Feb. 2, and we are expecting arrivals... After Friday, there will be no arrivals regardless of whether they are from the seven countries.
