Kelly in staff memo: "Domestic violence...has no place in our society"
Chief of staff John Kelly issued a memo Thursday night to White House staff following allegations of domestic abuse against Staff Secretary Rob Porter. Kelly is under fire for not taking action sooner and for initially defending Porter as "a man of true integrity and honor."
