Poppin is looking for an experienced Manager, Sales Development to lead our Sales Development (SDR) team and accelerate growth of our lead generation programs. Foster a collaborative team environment and enabling processes among SDRs and cross-functional teams, including Sales Ops, Sales and Marketing

A minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound and inbound sales development with at least 3 years of management experience of a sales or sales development team

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferred

Reporting to our Head of People, you’ll be joining the leadership team of our 100-person global function. You’ll work closely with our Head of People Design on our agile transformation agenda and our Head People Operations in enabling people support at scale. Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities.
