US Tech - Business Analyst

Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) is responsible for supporting enterprise technology initiatives related to messaging and collaboration, risk technology, corporate systems data, and various internal systems and tools.

The Business Development Consultant, Data Asset Solutions will foster and grow our business development activities and revenue from new and emerging products, market segments, and channels. We seek a results-oriented professional who will prioritize activities to develop our market segments and set revenue targets.

Identify & develop new business opportunities and commercial partnerships.

Create go-to-market strategies and agile business development plans to reach business objectives and revenue.

Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and market needs.

Identify new market segments and opportunities for business development of new and emerging products, calculating returns and investment.

Obtain agreement to execute the investment, resources and actions required for marketing & business development.

Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of six years of related work experience

Demonstrated success in go-to-market strategy development and/or sales of software and/or information products

Experience in Financial Information Services, Agriculture, Food, Energy or Logistics

Experience with commodity, equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, insurance, or alternative investment markets

Experience working with global enterprise customers

Experience in working in global, cross-functional organizations

In this role you would lead and evolve the documentation of IT policies, standards, guidelines and procedures for traditional IT operations and solution development teams. You would maintains compliance with various firm-wide initiatives and certifications.<ul><li>Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users.</li><li>Interview subject matter experts, research existing source data and other reference materials, and participate in business and project discussions as needed.</li><li>Establish quality standards for IT documentation.</li><li>Perform routine editing, proofing, and style consistency reviews and updates.</li><li>Establish solution development go-live documentation standards.</li><li>Author and maintain accurate, effective materials, such as the following:CLA policies, procedures, and reference materials Application interaction workflows and software lifecycle documentation Application configuration documentation as it relates to IT operations and solution development End-user guides, runbooks, and aids IT and developer-level operation manuals Compliance reports and disaster recovery plans RFP requirements and contract language CLA products and services knowledge.
