Supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, processing invoices for payment, collecting rent, fees, and other payments, completing bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations, and using the property management software to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the community.

Assistant Community Manager

The Senior Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. This includes the responsibility of assisting the store in achieving its sales goals, meeting merchandising standards and delivering operational excellence through effectively leading a high-performing team.

Account Manager

It is the responsibility of the Supervisor Operations to lead, supervise, and support the operations team at show site and in the Branch Office while keeping job costs at the lowest possible level and maintaining quality and safety standards. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.
