Tech activism takes a slightly new direction: At a small rally in downtown Palo Alto, a few hundreds rallied to promote more political engagement from tech companies. Along with the usual issues to protecting immigrants and opposing Donald Trump's discriminatory policies, a new refrain emerged: tech companies should share their riches with the rest of the country.
