White House "working with DHS, ICE" on sanctuary city immigrant plan
The Trump administration is working to get undocumented immigrants in sanctuary cities with the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, White House deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley told Fox News' "Justice with Judge Jeanine."
Details: Gidley told host Jeanine Pirro the move was to "try and make sure that happens." "We're trying to figure out if we can do that legally," he said. President Trump tweeted soon after Gidley's appearance the U.S. "has the absolute legal right to have apprehended illegal immigrants transferred to Sanctuary Cities."
