At least 1,061 civilians have been killed by U.S.-led coalition airstrikes in Iraq and Syria since August 2014 during the fight against ISIS, the coalition reported on Thursday.
The big picture: There are still 216 uncompleted civilian casualty reports that have been received by the coalition, meaning the real count may be higher.
