Now Mitch McConnell is there as well, with an extra billion in potential outlay:
The two leaders declined to say whether the expenditure will add to the deficit.
Why it matters: Multiple independent studies have estimated that $15B won't cover the cost of the wall, and while Trump claims he'll get Mexico to pay us back, the Mexicans have repeatedly told him no.
