What @POTUS didn't tell you: NSA Chief Rogers and FBI Director Comey didn't say that Russia wasn't an influence on the election. They said that there is no evidence that Russia cyber actors "changed vote tallies" through tampering or hacking.
Why it matters: This will only compound public confusion on what role Russia played in attempting to interfere with the 2016 election.
