It's official: Health care wonks can quit worrying about whether the House will have to vote on its health care bill all over again. It won't. The Senate Budget Committee announced this afternoon that the House bill complies with budget "reconciliation" rules. A re-vote would have been needed only if the last-minute changes broke the rules.
