- FBI Director James Comey
- National Security Agency chief Mike Rogers
- Former DNI James Clapper
- Former CIA director John Brennan
- Former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates
- Two executives from CrowdStrike Inc., the cyber security company that investigated hacks at the DNC
Devin Nunes said at the moment none have been subpoenaed, but that more witnesses might be added.
