Tom Price is now officially the Health and Human Services secretary. He was sworn in by Vice President Mike Pence in a brief ceremony around 11:30 a.m. Eastern. Pence said the Trump administration's goal is to "repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act with health care reform that will lower the cost of health insurance without growing the size of government," and he called Price "uniquely qualified" for the job.
