Wisconsin Senate Democrats are pushing their plan B on the $2.85 billion incentive package the state is rolling out for the Foxconn $10 billion flat-screen production deal in the state, which the company says will bring in 13,000 jobs, the AP reports.
The ask: Ensure the state can recover those cash payments from the incentive package if Foxconn can't follow through on the promised jobs or financial investment.
The dilemma for the Dems: Republicans have enough support in the state Senate to approve the bill Tuesday without changes to the bill.
