The brand new Trump administration is expected to start issuing executive orders today but it's unclear what will be in them. People who should be in the know on the Hill haven't yet been told what's coming or if the first batch of orders will be consequential, or more ceremonial.
There will almost certainly be one on health care, according to a separate person briefed on the plans. More on different issues will be coming on Monday, including environmental regulations.
