During its latest quarterly earnings call, Apple CEO Tim Cook addressed the topic of tax reform that could help it bring back the cash it's holding outside the U.S.:
"There do seem to be people in both parties who would favor repatriation of that, and I think that would be good for the country and good for Apple ... What we'd do with it, let us wait and see."
Why this would matter: Apple has $246 billion in cash, much of it overseas. Trump has said he wants to help companies bring their overseas profits back to the U.S.
